Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:
- Garlic cloves - 4
- Red chilies - 20
- Grated coconut – 2 cups
- Oil – 4 tbsp
- Tamarind pulp – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Method:
- Take a pan and heat oil in it.
- Sauté garlic and coconut in the oil.
- Pour the sauté mixture in a grinder - along with tamarind pulp and red chilies.
- Serve cold.
