Ingredients:
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Garlic ginger paste – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Onions – 2 medium
- Tomatoes – 5 medium
- Yogurt – ½ cup
- Red chilies – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Oil – ½ cup
Method:
- In a pot, heat oil and sauté onions until soft.
- Add ginger garlic paste along with cumin seeds, turmeric powder and tomatoes.
- Stir well.
- Add salt, red chilies, chicken pieces and yogurt.
- Mix well and cover the pot. Let it cook on medium heat until oil separates.
- Serve hot.
Small chicken pieces with spice and gravy.
