Crispy Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Salt – to taste
- Garlic powder – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
- Pepper – 1 tbsp
- Coriander – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seed – 1 tbsp
- Plain flour – 2 cups
- Corn flour – 1 cup
- Oil – for frying
Method:
- Take a bowl and mix flour with corn flour, salt, garlic, red chilies, pepper, cumin and coriander.
- Divide the flour mixture in two parts. Add cold water in one half of the mixture and keep the other half of the mixture dry in a separate bowl.
- Take chicken pieces and dip in flour paste.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours.
- Later, roll the chicken pieces in dried flour mixture and deep fry until golden.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or chutney.
