Masala Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken – 1 kg
  • Garlic ginger paste – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Onions – 2 medium
  • Tomatoes – 5 medium
  • Yogurt – ½ cup
  • Red chilies – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Whole garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – ½ cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, and yogurt.
  2. In a grinder, crush onions, ginger garlic paste and red chilies.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masala along with the grinded mixture.
  4. Stir for 5 minutes.
  5. Add chicken and mix well. Cover the pot and cook on medium heat until oil separates.
  6. Garnish with coriander.
