Masala Chicken

Ingredients:
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Garlic ginger paste – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Onions – 2 medium
- Tomatoes – 5 medium
- Yogurt – ½ cup
- Red chilies – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Whole garam masala – 1 tbsp
- Oil – ½ cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, and yogurt.
- In a grinder, crush onions, ginger garlic paste and red chilies.
- Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masala along with the grinded mixture.
- Stir for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken and mix well. Cover the pot and cook on medium heat until oil separates.
- Garnish with coriander.
