Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 10 chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger -- grated
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoon raw sesame seeds
  • peanut oil -- deep frying

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken thighs in half across the bone.
  2. Marinate chicken in the soy sauce, ginger & cornstarch. The cornstarch should be enough to make the mixture into a thick sauce. Marinate for 1 Hr.
  3. Add the sesame seeds. Deep fry pieces in peanut oil at 375 until lightly
  4. browned.
  5. You can substitute beef for the chicken.

A delicious spicy Chinese dish made with soy sauce and topped with sesame seeds.
