Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:
- 10 chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger -- grated
- 3 tablespoon cornstarch
- 4 tablespoon raw sesame seeds
- peanut oil -- deep frying
Method:
- Cut the chicken thighs in half across the bone.
- Marinate chicken in the soy sauce, ginger & cornstarch. The cornstarch should be enough to make the mixture into a thick sauce. Marinate for 1 Hr.
- Add the sesame seeds. Deep fry pieces in peanut oil at 375 until lightly
- browned.
- You can substitute beef for the chicken.
