Smooth Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:
- 1 leaf Plain gelatin
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
Method:
- Soften gelatin in milk in a saucepan.
- Then heat the milk and add sugar. Stir until smooth.
- Cool the mixture. Blend in yogurt and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Store in freezer till frozen. Stir after every 15 minutes to avoid lumps.
- Serve with strawberries and mint
