Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

• Margarine – 1 cup
• Peanut butter - 1 cup
• Sugar - 1 cup
• Brown sugar - 1 cup
• Eggs - 2
• Flour - 2 1/2 cups
• Baking soda - 1 ½ tbsp
• Baking powder – 1 tbsp
• Salt – 1 tbsp

Method:

1. Mix butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs ingredients well.
2. Measure last four together and add gradually to the wet mixture. Form balls.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until set but not hard.
