Ingredients:
- Yogurt - 1 pint
- Bananas - 2
- Cayenne – ½ tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
Method:
- Whip yogurt lightly until smooth.
- Slice the bananas and add to the yogurt with the cayenne, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Serve cold.
