Ingredients:

  • Yogurt - 1 pint
  • Bananas - 2
  • Cayenne – ½ tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – ½ tbsp

Method:

  1. Whip yogurt lightly until smooth.
  2. Slice the bananas and add to the yogurt with the cayenne, sugar, and lemon juice.
  3. Serve cold.
