Pie Crust

Ingredients:
- Flour – 2 Cups
- Margarine - 1/2 Cup
- Salt (optional) – To taste
- Water - 1/2 Cup
Method:
- Mix flour, margarine and salt together, adding up water.
- Separate dough into two balls.
- Roll one ball into a 9" pie crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 400 C for a half-baked pie crust.
- Roll other ball into top crust.
