Bacon and Eggs

Ingredients:
- Bacon or sausage – 3 strips
- Eggs – 2
- Parmesan (grated) – 2 pinch
- Salsa – 2 tbsp
- Pita pockets – 2
- Dry onion soup mix
Method:
- Fry the bacon and cut into pieces.
- Fry the eggs in the bacon and then add the onion soup mix.
- Line toasted pita with a spoon of salsa.
- Then fill with eggs and bacon and top with cheese.
