Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 4
- Butter – 3 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – 1 tbsp
- Paprika – ¼ tbsp
Method:
- Peel potatoes and cut them in cubes.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake at 425° until tender and golden brown on both sides.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika; serve immediately.
