Fried Onion Rings

Ingredients:
- Onion – 1 large
- Flour - 1 cup
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Pepper – 1 tbsp
- Water – 2/3 cup
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Egg - 1
Method:
- Cut onion into ring.
- Combine batter ingredients, folding in stiffly beaten egg white last.
- Dip onions in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
