Cheese bites

Ingredients:
- Cheddar cheese - 12 ounces
- Egg whites – 3
- Flour – ½ cup
- Hot sauce – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Paprika – ¼ tbsp
- Oil – for frying
- Parsley – tbsp
Method:
- Beat egg whites and add shredded cheese along with then add flour, hot sauce, salt, parsley and paprika.
- Shape mixture into small balls and roll in cornmeal.
- Put oil in a pot and place cheese balls in hot oil.
- Cook until golden brown.
