Sausage balls

Ingredients:

  • Sausage – 1 pound
  • Cheddar cheese - 8 ounces
  • Biscuit baking mix – 3 cups
  • Finely minced green onion – ½ cup
  • Finely minced red bell pepper - 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Shape into small balls and place on a baking sheet (with sides).
  3. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, until brown.
  4. Serve hot
