Sausage balls

Ingredients:
- Sausage – 1 pound
- Cheddar cheese - 8 ounces
- Biscuit baking mix – 3 cups
- Finely minced green onion – ½ cup
- Finely minced red bell pepper - 1/4 cup
Method:
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Shape into small balls and place on a baking sheet (with sides).
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, until brown.
- Serve hot
