Bacon with delivered Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 12
  • Mayonnaise – ½ cup
  • Bacon – 4 slices
  • Cheddar cheese – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes then remove from hot water, and cool.
  2. Cook bacon over medium-high heat until evenly brown.
  3. Peel the hard-cooked eggs, and cut in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove yolks to a small bowl. Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, crumbled bacon and cheese.
  5. Stir in mustard. Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture and refrigerate until serving.
