Bacon with delivered Eggs

Ingredients:
- Eggs – 12
- Mayonnaise – ½ cup
- Bacon – 4 slices
- Cheddar cheese – 2 tbsp
- Mustard – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Boil eggs for 10 minutes then remove from hot water, and cool.
- Cook bacon over medium-high heat until evenly brown.
- Peel the hard-cooked eggs, and cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks to a small bowl. Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, crumbled bacon and cheese.
- Stir in mustard. Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture and refrigerate until serving.
