Easy French Toast

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 1/2 oz. Butter
- 12 Slices Bread (preferably a day old)
- 1/2 Vanilla Bean, Seeds Scraped (or 1/2 tsp. extract)
- Cinnamon (powder)
- Powdered Sugar
Method:
- Warm up milk and 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Bring to light boil and then remove from heat and let cool off.
- Whisk eggs with the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar.
- Heat butter in a large saucepan. Dip each slice of bread into the milk and then into the eggs. Cook on each side until browned.
- Place cooked French toast on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
- Serve warm!
