Almond Milk Shake

Ingredients:
- Milk 3 cups
- Almonds 1 cup, soaked overnight
- Sugar 3/4 cup / To taste
- Water 1 - 2 cups
- Cardamom 6 pods
- Saffron a few strands
Method:
- Grind almonds along with cardamom and sugar.
- Then add milk into the blender, and process along with the other ingredients.
- Add one or two cups of water as the thickness consistency desired.
- Garnish with Saffron strands.
- Serve chilled.
