Appetizer Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Method:
- In a large bowl, mix well beef, egg, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt and hot sauce.
- Shape into 1-in. balls. In a skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs; drain.
- Place in a 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until meatballs are done.
