Serves : 8
1. Roast cashew nuts , desiccated coconut, peanuts, sesame seeds one by one in a pan .
2. Grind the roasted ingredients with a little water to make a paste .
3. Now add this paste in 1 cup yoghurt , mix and keep aside.
4. Heat oil and ghee .
5. Add 2 chopped onions in it and fry till golden brown.
6. Add in 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
7. Now put the chicken.
8. Add salt , chilli powder and turmeric ,mix and then cover with a lid.
9. Cook till the chicken is half done.
10. Now add the yoghurt paste.
11. Again cover with a lid .
12. When the chicken is fully cooked , add sliced green chillies , fenugreek leaves , lemon juice and all spice.
14. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves
