Doodh Ka Meetha

Ingredients

  • 2 liters milk
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet cream
  • ½ cup rice flour 
  • ½ cup clarified butter
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • 1 tbsp kewra
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sliced almonds and pistachios

Method

  1. In a cooking pot, boil 2 liters milk when reach boiling point add 2 tbsp lemon juice and cook for few more moments. 
  2. Then sieve the milk and drain away water. In another cooking pot, add mil and 250 gm sugar and stir well on high flame.
  3.  When it turn golden brown, add ½ cup rice flour stirred in ½ cup clarified butter. Also add 1 tbsp kewra, ½ tsp cardamom and 1 packet cream and mix. 
  4. Take out in a tray and sprinkle sliced almonds and pistachios on top of it and serve.
