Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 egg-whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 whipped cream
Method:
- Combine lemon and pineapple juice.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Beat egg-whites. Add sugar.
- While beating combine juices stirring all the time. Chill.
- Before serving fold in whipped cream.
