Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 egg-whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 whipped cream

Method:

  1. Combine lemon and pineapple juice.
  2. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Beat egg-whites. Add sugar.
  4. While beating combine juices stirring all the time. Chill.
  5. Before serving fold in whipped cream.
