Balti Lamb Kabab With Baby Onions And Potatoes


Ingredients 

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Onion ground 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Baby onion 10
  • Baby potatoes 10
  • Bread crumbs ½ cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red Chili powder
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Mix together 1 ground onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp all spice, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tbsp coriander leaver, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 cup bread crumbs and 1 egg very well in mince.
  2.  Make into sausage shape kabab, pan fry for 7 to 8 minute with 2 tbsp oil. 
  3. In another pan heat ¼ cup ol, add 10 baby onion and 10 boiled baby potatoes, fry till its color turn to golden brown, add capsicum cubes and pan fried kabab, gently mix everything. 
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
