Achar Masala

Ingredients 
  • 50 grams red chilies flakes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp onion seeds (Kalonji)
  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds (Saunf)
  • 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds (Methi Dana)
  • 4 tbsp mustard seeds (Rai)
Method
  1. Add 4 tbsp mustard seeds, 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds, 2 tbsp fennel seeds and 1 tbsp coriander seeds crushed but not like powder.
  2. Add 50 gram red chilies flakes, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp turmeric powder and 2 tsp of onion seeds mix altogether firmly.
  3. Put it in a jar to preserve it.
  4. This will be sufficient for 1 ½ kg  to 2 kg for raw mango achar.
