Tandoori Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

• 1 tsp ajwain
• 1 tsp hot spices powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp red chili powder
• 1 tbsp sautéed cumin
• 1 tbsp sautéed and cumin
• 1 tbsp turnip powder
• ½ citric acid

Method

1. Stir together 1 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp hot spices powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp
2. Ground cumin, 1 tbsp turnip powder and ½ citric acid.
3. Crush these spices finely and mix with 1 tsp salt. Tandoori chicken tikka masala is ready.
