Coconut Pudding


Ingredients

  • ½ liter coconut milk
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup grated coconut
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tbsp butter

Method

  1. In a bowl, beat 6 eggs and keep aside. Also add ½ cup sugar and ½ liter coconut milk and beat until sugar has completely dissolve.
  2. Then add 2 to 3 tbsp grated coconut.
  3. Grease a pudding mould with 1 tbsp butter and sprinkle remaining grated coconut on it.
  4. Pour the prepared mixture in it and bake on 200 c to 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Take out of the oven when its color is a nice golden brown.
  6. Tempting coconut pudding is ready to serve.
