Anda  Dopiaza

Ingredients

  •    ½ kg onion
  •    250 grams tomatoes
  •    1 cup yogurt
  •    6 green chilies
  •    6 boiled eggs
  •    ½ bunch coriander
  •    ½ cup oil
  •    1 tsp ground cumin
  •    1 tsp hot spices powder
  •    2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  •    ½ tsp turmeric powder
  •    ½ tsp salt
  •    1 ½ tsp red chili powder

Method


  1. Heat ½ cup oil in a pan and sauté ½ julienne chopped onion in it.
  2. When onion is transparent, add 250 grams tomatoes, ½ tsp salt, ½ turmeric powder1 1 tsp hot spices powder 1 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 ½ tsp red chili powder, stir well.
  3. Then add 6 boiled eggs, ½ bunch fresh coriander, 6 green chilies and 1 cup yogurt and allow simmering for 10 mintues.
  4. Turn off the flame and serve.
