Anda Dopiaza
Ingredients
½ kg onion
250 grams tomatoes
1 cup yogurt
6 green chilies
6 boiled eggs
½ bunch coriander
½ cup oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp hot spices powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp red chili powder
Method
Heat ½ cup oil in a pan and sauté ½ julienne chopped onion in it.
When onion is transparent, add 250 grams tomatoes, ½ tsp salt, ½ turmeric powder1 1 tsp hot spices powder 1 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 ½ tsp red chili powder, stir well.
Then add 6 boiled eggs, ½ bunch fresh coriander, 6 green chilies and 1 cup yogurt and allow simmering for 10 mintues.
Turn off the flame and serve.
