Cabbage with peas

Ingredients:
- 1 small cabbage,
- ½ cup peas
- 1 large potato,
- ½ stick cinnamon
- 2 bay leaves,
- 1 tsp turmeric powder,
- 1½ tsp cumin powder,
- ¼ tsp chilli powder,
- 1½ tsp grated ginger,
- ½ tsp sugar,
- 1 tsp salt,
- 3 tsp oil,
- ¼ cup water,
- 3 tbsp milk,
- ½ tsp flour,
- 2 tsp ghee
Method:
- Shred cabbage into thin pieces. Peel and cut potato into small pieces.
- Heat oil in the saucepan. Add cinnamon and bay leaves, add potatoes. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add cabbage. Add turmeric, cumin, chili, ginger, sugar and salt.
- Fry on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
- Add water. Add peas. Cover. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Mix milk, flour and liquid ghee. Pour over cabbage. Cook 2 or 3 minutes more.
