Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 tbs ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp yellow turmeric powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- cooking oil
Method:
- In a pot fry the onions till brown. Then add the tomatoes and all the masalas.
- Also add the ginger garlic paste. When the tomatoes are slightly cooked, add the cubed potatoes.
- Add some water along and cook for around 20 minutes.
- Now add cauliflower and cook till vegetables are cooked.
