Ingredients:

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup green peas
  • ¼ capsicum chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • a pinch sugar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat the oil, add onion, chili powder & turmeric & stir for a few seconds.
  2. Add tomato puree, potatoes, green peas & capsicum & stir again.
  3. Add sugar & salt and mix well.
  4. Just before serving, add the cream to the gravy & mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
