Fry Khaowsay

Ingredients 

  • Undercut thinly sliced 250 gm
  • Capsicum julienne 1
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Carrots julienne 1 cup
  • Cabbage julienne
  • Spaghetti boiled 3 cups
  • Tomato Puree
  • Black pepper crushed ½ cup
  • Red chili flakes 1tsp
  • Garlic paste
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp

: Serve

  • Lemon 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Spaghetti raw fried 1 cup
  • Spring onions chopped ½ cup
  • Spring onion chopped ½ cup 
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method 

  1. Marinate 250 gm undercut with 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic paste and 1 tsp black pepper, heat ½ cup oil, fry marinated beef for 10 minutes. 
  2. Add 1 sliced onion, fry for 5 minutes till soft.
  3. Add 1 cup carrot, 1 cup cabbage, 1 cup capsicum, ½ cup tomato puree, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, remaining 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp soya sauce, fry on high flame, fold in boiled spaghetti.
  4. Serve with 1 cup fried spaghetti, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 4 chopped green chilies, ½ cup spring onion, 1 tsp crushed red chili and 2 lemons. Serve hot immediately.
