Upside Down Pineapple Pudding

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 packet cream
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 pineapple slices
  • 6 cherries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 
Method
  1. Blend 6 eggs with blender add 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 packet cream, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup sugar powder and 1 cup milk and blend all together firmly.
  2. Add in a mould caramel sugar of about 1 cup.
  3. And put 6 pieces of pineapple slices on top and cool.
  4. When form a thick add in earlier created blended stuff.
  5. Put in a pre-heated oven for about 150c.
  6. Then take out and put in a serving dish.
  7. And garnish with 6 cherries.
