Add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 4 chopped green chilies and 2 cups sliced cabbage.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low flame, lastly add ½ cup boiled peas and remove.
Ghatiye ki Bhujiya
Ingredients
Ghatia 250 gm
Onion sliced
Tomatoes chopped 2
Green Chilies Chopped 2
Oil ½ cup
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Turmeric ½
Method
Heat ½ cup oil, fry 1 cup sliced onion till light brown.
Add 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp salt with ¼ tsp salt with ¼ cup water, add250 gm ghatias and mix well.
Add ½ cup water to softened ghatias.
When little water left add cubes of tomatoes, 2 green chilies.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cholay Ki Saag
Ingredients
Amaranth leaves ½
Tomato chopped 1
Potatoes 2
Green chilies 4
Onion 1 cup
Oil ¼ cup
White cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp heaped
Salt ¾ tsp
Method
Heat ¼ cup oil in pan.
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds with sliced onion.
Fry till transparent.
Add 1 tsp crushed garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
Add ¾ tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red chilies and chopped tomato.
Fry for 5 minutes.
Add ¼ cup water with potato cubes and chopped maranth leaves, cove and cook on low flame for 20 minutes till potatoes tender.
Serve with puri.
