Barmi Biryani

Ingredients

  • 2 cup boiled rice
  • ½ packet spaghetti
  • ½ kg boneless chicken
  • ½ kg tomato
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 patatoes
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 2 aniseeds
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves 
  • 6 green chilies
  • 50 grams plumps
  • ½ lemon juice
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ bunch coriander 
  • ½ bunch mint
  • 1 tsp cumin 
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kewra 
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp hot spices powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric 
  • ¼ tsp yellow food color

Method

  1. First add ½ cup oil in a pan and heat and add in 2 long sliced potatoes and fry when done take out the fried potatoes and keep aside.
  2. Now in a same pan fry 2 onions.
  3. Then add in ½ kg tomato, 1 tsp cumin seed, 2 cardamoms, 4 cloves, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 aniseeds, 2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 50 gm  plums and ½ kg chicken cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. When chicken tenders roast it and add ½ bunch green coriander and ½ bunch mint.
  5. Then in a separate pan put one cup boiled rice and form a layer.
  6. Lastly add in 2 boiled eggs, potatoes, 1 tsp whole spices powder, ¼ tsp yellow color, ½ cup lemon juice and  1 tsp kewra and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Ready to serve.
