Baisan kay Sath Murghi

Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless 1/2
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

For Batter

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies ground
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Crush ½ kg chicken flay a little and add in 1 cup yogurt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste and boil a little.
  2. Then separately add 1 cup gram flour(Baisan), 1 egg, 1 tsp yogurt, taste to taste and 6 chopped green chilies mix firmly and add 1 cup lukewarm water and make a thick paste.
  3. Then take boiled chicken flay and dip in earlier created paste one by one.
  4. And deep fry with preheated oil as required.
  5. When golden brown spread in a separate cooking pan.
  6. Then add thick tamarind paste on top, 1 tsp roasted white cumin seeds powder and 1 tsp black pepper powder and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with ½ bunch finely chopped green coriander leaves

Dahi Wala Mutton

Ingredients

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Lemon 4 
  • Fresh Red chilies 8 to 10
  • Roasted and Crushed Cumin 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Ginger Chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. In a pan add 1 cup oil, ½ kg mutton, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
  2. Cook until water of mutton dries.
  3. Then fry it a little and add 2-3 warm water let it cook till mutton tender.
  4. Then add 8-10 red long finely slices fresh red chilies, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and 1 cup yogurt cook and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. When water of yogurt dries.
  6. Add 4 lemon juice, 1 tsp roasted white cumin seeds powder and 2 tbsp finely sliced ginger.
  7. Ready to serve.

Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Mango Pulp 1 ½ kg
  • Condensed milk 2 tin
  • Fresh Cream 2 packets
  • Dry Milk 2 cup

Method

  1. First add some water in 2 cup dry milk powder and make thick paste.
  2. Then add about 1 to 1 ½ kg of mango pulp, 2 packet condensed milk, 2 packet fresh cream and milk paste prepared earlier and blend altogether firmly.
  3. Then keep it in some plastic box well covered which are commonly used for ice creams and freeze it for 24 hours.
  4. Ready to serve.
