Beef Hara Masala
Ingredients
½ kg beef
250 gm yogurt
1 capsicum
4 to 5 green chilies
¼ bunch coriander mint
¼ cup oil
1 tsp hot spices powder
1 tbsp crushed cumin
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
Method
First in a chopper add 1 capsicum, 4-5 green chilies, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves / mint and 1 cup of water, make a paste and keep aside for later use.
Now in a separate pan add heat ¼ cup oil, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry and then add ½ kg beef slices.
When water of beef dries and color changes add 250 gm yogurt, 1 tbsp cumin seed powder, 1 tsp whole spices powder and salt to taste and cook for 2-3 min.
Now add in paste prepared earlier and cook for 4-5 min.
When all tender properly.
Ready to serve.
