Mayonnaise Salad

Ingredients 
  • Boiled shell macaroni 1 cup
  • Boiled chicken fillet 2
  • Sweet corn 1 tin
  • Pineapple chunks 1 tin
  • Mayonnaise 1 bottle
  • Apple cut into cubes 1
  • Cucumber cut into cubes
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Lemon 2
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method 
  1. First boil 2 Packet of chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
  2. Then add 1 bottle mayonnaise, boiled pieces of chicken fillet, 1 cup boiled shell macaroni, an apple cut into cubes, 1 tsp sugar, 2 lemon juice, 1 finely sliced cucumber, 1 tin sweet corn, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 lemon juice, 1 finely sliced cucumber and salt to taste, 1 packet fresh cream and 1 tin pineapple and refrigerate to chill properly.
  3. Ready to serve
Jhaat Paat Haleem

Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 ½ kg
  • Wheat ½ kg
  • Gram lentil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Baking soda 4 pinch
  • Onion chopped 3
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 2 cup
  • Onion 4 
  • Green chilies 8
  • Lemon 8
  • Ginger julienne 3 tbsp
  • All spice 3 tbsp
  • Roasted & ground cumin

Method
  1. Cut 1 ½ chicken into 12 pieces keep aside
  2. Wash ½ wheat with warm water and soak in water 
  3. Wash 1 cup gram lentil with warm water
  4. Then add wheat in hot water and keep for boiling and add 1 tbsp oil and stir with wood spoon.
  5. When whiteness starts appearing on top add a pinch of baking soda.
  6. Boil gram lentil separately and blend in blender.
  7. Wash chicken add 2-3 cup water in pan, 3 chopped onion, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp whole spice powder and 1 cup oil and let it cook 
  8. When chicken water dries add 1 cup yogurt and fry a little.
  9. Add boiled with some water and cook on low flame.
  10. When chicken and wheat become one soul add gram lentil.
  11. Then in separate pan for Bhagaar add in 2 cup hot oil 4 onion fry till golden brown and take out onions and spread it on paper to dry.
  12. Then take out prepared haleem in big pan and add few chopped mint leaves, 1 bunch coriander leaves chopped, 8 chopped green chilies, 3 tbsp finely sliced ginger, 3 tbsp roasted chopped white cumin seed little whole spices powder.
  13. Ready to serve.

Feerni with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients 

  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Green cardamom 6
  • Chopped almond 10
  • Chopped Pistachios 15
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Garam lentils 1 tsp
  • Rice 4 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp

Method

  1. Mix 5 green cardamom with 1 tsp sugar and crush together.
  2. Now in a pan add 1 liter milk and cardamom cook and make it thick.
  3. Then take soaked 4 tbsp rice crush properly and add in milk and add 1 cup sugar and keep string till liquid gets thicker.
  4. Then take out ferni and pour in clay pan let it cool down and form a thick like jelly.
  5. Then sprinkle 15 boiled and finely sliced pistachio and 10 boiled finely sliced almonds.
  6. Now add 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp water and make caramel and sprinkle on top.
  7. Ready to serve
