Baked Tikka Sandwiches
Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp fresh coriander
Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp chili sauce
Method
Sauce
Take ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and 2 tbsp chili sauce mix together properly.
Cut 300 gram boneless chicken in small pieces and add 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic paste and 2 tbsp oil and mix properly and bake in grill pan.
When baking done take out in bowl add 4 big green vinegar chilies, 1 onion and 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped.
Now on 8 sliced of bread apply prepared sauce keep chicken in-between two slices like sandwich.
Now bake in sandwich make.
Ready to serve.
Lemon Up
Ingredients
1 bottle soda water
1 cup ice
Black salt as required
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp mint leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
Method
In a blender pour 1 bottle soda water, 1 cup crushed ice, black salt as required, 1 tsp sugar and 2 tbsp lemon juice and blend properly.
Now take out in a glass.
Serve with coriander leave
Chicken Salsa Pasta
Ingredients
½ kg chicken
½ packet boiled pasta
2 capsicum
2 tomatoes
2 green chilies
2 onions
1 cup tomato ketchup
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
½ tsp salt
½ tsp oregano
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp oil
4 tbsp soya sauce
Method
Take 1 kg chicken and apply 1 tsp black pepper and ½ tsp salt and leave for 30 min.
In a pan heat 4 tbsp oil add kept chicken with covered with lid for 10 min and continue till chicken tender.
Now in separate pan heat 2 tbsp oil and fry 1 tbsp finely sliced garlic in it.
Then add 2 capsicums, 2 onion, 2 tomatoes and 2 finely sliced green chilies.
Then add 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp chopped red chili, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 4 tbsp Soya sauce, ½ tsp oregano and 1 cup tomato ketchup and turn off the flame.
Ready to serve.
