Bell peppers that are also known as capsicum or sweet pepper are the peppers which are of less pungent variety. They are available in different colours such as red, yellow, green, orange, and purple. Capsicums are a great combination of crunchy texture and tangy taste. Purple and green capsicums are somewhat bitter in taste whereas yellow, red and orange have fruity sweeter taste.
