MASLA MORNINGS is a cooking show adding spice to your mornings. Monday to Friday the expert Shireen Anwer brings her 25 years’ experience on your Television screens guiding you with the mouthwatering recipes, healthy drinks, yummy starters and scrumptious main course. The format of the show has dedicated days to different recipes and food types. Monday being Seafood and Chicken lover’s day with Masala morning recipes like Dancing Chicken, Prawn Masala, and Chicken Masala Biryani. Tuesday is devoted to Mutton and Beef with outstanding recipes like Baked Gola Kabab, Achari Raan, Paaya, Seekh Kaleji and Chops Beliraam. Wednesday is for vegetarians spreading the freshness and flavor of vegetable dishes like chatpatay kathiawari aloo, Masala Dosa, Turai ki bhujia, Schezwan ladyfingers.
Thursday is for the health conscious people and the recipes selected for the day are healthy and low in calories. Now comes the appetizing and lip-smacking Friday with the desserts, drinks and starters including Nuggets, Cakes, Squashes, Salads, Cookies, Patties, Mithai and other special Masala morning recipes which are easy to make and quick to serve. The best part of the show is the tips and cooking methods that are delivered in a very homely manner and are easy to follow. Recipes in the show are a combination of cuisines from all around the world along with the famous foods of different communities and local cuisines in Pakistan. Since years Masala Mornings has been successfully serving the taste buds of the Asian community.
